One week before the exam

Take it easy

Take your foot off the pedal with the study- cramming doesn’t help!  Don’t cover any new material now, just review a few essential things before the exam.


Look after yourself

Now is the time to look after yourself, make sure you are sleeping and eating well.  Some candidates like to take a little time off work to help them prepare.  Some find that going to work helps keep their mind ticking over.  Do what you think will work best for you!


Exam day

  • Eat a good breakfast
  • Don’t change your usual caffeine intake
  • Make sure you have plenty of time to get to the venue
